Memory storage full and rebooting...

Hi, I have a DV638a unit and after installing some apps the unit is showing several errors boxes and after that rebooting. I tried to uninstall the apps, but there is not enough time to do it, because as said the unit reboot.
Also tried the reset button without success.
Is there any way to factory reset the unit?

Could anyone please help me?
