MN312S Map Updates...

Has anyone on this forum ever performed an update of the maps and/or unit software/firmware on the MN312S mirror/NAV? Unfortunately Rydeen's tech support has been totally non-responsive and I would appreciate some instruction from anyone who owns the same unit. Thanks in advance.
