Missing Guide lines

Finally I bought for Christmas The MV311S and let it installed in my brand new kia Sportage in the official dealer (in Spain) However, afrer the installation of the original kia camera, I am facing following problem.

The parking guide lines that usually appear in the Navigation screen of any Kia equipped with this camera, do not appear in the rear view mirror I bought in a Rydeen dealer.

Can you please tell me what should I do to solve this issue?

From what you described it sounds like the factory KIA Nav Screen puts the "parking lines" on the screen and not the camera.  If you are using a camera that doesn't have the parking lines built in (like a Rydeen camera does), you will not see any parking lines on the MV311S Mirror.
