Mr_T,
Are you using the MN312S? If so, we don't have a map update available yet, but are working on a new one. Once it's available, it will download through the miniSD card slot on the right side of the mirror.
Once we have an update available, we will make sure to announce it for our existing MN312S customers. Keep an eye out!

Nearly a year later and still no sign of a much needed map update...what's going on?

It's there and update to the map on the MN312S. The MN312R is available or will be soon. Any help appreciated..
