Can't Connect to Google Server/Play Store

Being the DV638A Android radio runs on Google's Android software it does require you to log into or create a Google account so you have access to the Google Play store.
It is very important to remember that to log into a Google Account the first time you need:
1.) Access to the Internet via WIFI, 3G/4G USB dongle or a tethered phone.
2.) GPS Signal!!
Google requires your GPS location when you first log into your Google account so it knows your region and apps that require GPS signal can work properly. When the install is done make sure the car is outside so the included GPS antenna can properly pick up the GPS satellites.
As long as you have access to the web and a GPS signal you should have no problems logging into your Google account.
