Still No Updates in almost 5 years? Empty Still No Updates in almost 5 years?

Some of us have been waiting and waiting for years for an update of some sort to no avail. We have been told that 'it will be worth the wait,' and other excuses. I was sent a link from tech support for a .zip download for new maps, and it never worked and now that link doesn't even exist. There is no reason you should have to buy a new product, the 312r, to get any updates. This is terrible practice and what's even worse it that no one is replying on here or to my emails. I have had a few friends wanting to purchase your products, but have swayed them elsewhere because you shouldn't just buy a product that claims 'easily updateable through the sd slot' and never once did an update come. Is there ever going to be an update?

I'm surprised you even received a link to an update.

I was originally told that the company that developed the mapping software for the MN312S ("Destinator") went out of business.  Given Rydeen's horrible tech support (non-existent, really), I hope they fold hard as well.

Can you please provide the serial number of your MN312S? The serial number is located behind the mirror.
