MN312S Frozen on Rydeen Screen - nothing works - will not power off

Does not appear that this unit was installed correctly by the local car audio shop that carries your product. It was installed in a vehicle that is only driven a few days a month and everytime the battery has been completely dead and finally figured out that it appears that the unit will not turn off.

Right now it is on and the only showing the Rydeen Screen (will not power off unless I take off the battery cables to the vehicle) it will not move from the Rydeen screeen - no navigation or back up camera. None of the buttons on the unit will do anything.

Sounds like they connected the ACC wire to battery. Please have them check all the connections. 12V (Yellow) is 12V battery, ACC (RED) is IGN/ACC of the vehicle and Ground (BLACK) is ground of the vehicle.
