MN312S problem ONLY when starting vehicle

hi there very sorry to bother you guys ive just been having trouble with my mirror system. Whenever i turn my truck on (and the screen was on before i shut the truck off) then the screen goes white and wont load. if i turn the screen off and then back on it works perfectly fine (although the screens take a long time to turn off and on). I have seen however that if I unplug the rear view mirror while the truck is off THEN turn the truck on it will work fine

step by step break down:

-running truck with screen on (everything is good)
-turn truck off and wait for screen to shut off
-turn truck back on
-screen stays white
-turn screen off
-turn screen on
-screen works fine

AND

-unplug screen while truck is off
-plug screen back in
-turn on truck
-screen works fine the first time
-turn truck off
-turn truck back on
-screen goes white
-(then the same process as above to get it to work again)


any suggestions as to what the problem could be? ive never really been able to use the screen because of this

The only thing that I can think of is the "Sleep Mode"
Can you email the serial number to my email? tech1@rydeenmobile.com
I can send you the software link that can fix the problem.

Same "white screen" issue...

I have experienced the same issue a few times only when powering-on the mirror via the ignition switch ("run" position).  In all cases, power-cycling the unit restored normal operation.  Is there a software/firmware "fix" available?  Thanks in advance.

We can send you a link to flash the firmware. Please send me an email to tech1@rydeenmobile.com.
I will also send you instructions on how to flash it. The only thing that you will need is a 2GB Micro SD Card.
